a little earthy, a little floral, sometimes with a hint of citrus or spice.
There’s a rotating seasonal menu, and when I visited,
they were pairing jasmine teas with rosemary gin,
and offering lightly smoked earl grey with a touch of lemon thyme.
It’s the kind of menu that makes you slow down.
(If you’re caffeine-sensitive, they have beautiful non-alcoholic infusions too!)
